Shipping Methods
Most of our items are shipped via Canada Post. Orders which include multiple items may be sent in multiple shipments and may have different processing/ship times and could require different shipment methods. (See drop shipping below.)
 
Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control will require additional shipping time. Holiday seasons, large orders, and out of stock items may take longer. We will contact you if items are backordered and customers will be notified if an item ordered has been discontinued or is no longer available. At this time we are only accepting orders within Canada & United States.
 
Drop Shipping
Some of our items are drop ship items, which means they are shipped to the customer directly from the supplier. In product description, you will be notified of the shipping details.
 
What is your return policy?
At BabyGrins, we want you to be happy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will issue a complete refund on the same credit card which it was purchased on.
 
We will only accept returns of merchandise that are in their original packaging, un-worn and with all tags attached.  Merchandise that  is damaged or used will not be accepted.  We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements.  Please note in order to obtain a refund contact us by email at support@babygrins.ca. Please include your name, the reason for the return and a request for refund or exchange. 
 
Please note that shipping costs, border taxes/custom charges are not refundable, with the exception of orders incorrectly shipped by us. All sales are final after 30 days.
 
What if I receive a defective product?
All items, if any, are warranted directly by the manufacturers. No other warranty either expressed or implied is offered by MP Online Biz. BabyGrins is not responsible for normal wear & tear, abuse, or mistreatment of item(s). Items which are reported defective within 30 days of receipt will be replaced or if requested, a refund will be issued. Claims reported after 30 days of receipt for any defects may be replaced or repaired at the discretion of BabyGrins.
 
What if I want to cancel my order?
Since we attempt to process orders within 24 hours, cancellation of an order must be received within 24 hours of the order being placed. Shipping, handling, and freight charges will apply to all orders shipped prior to our receiving your cancellation. No fees will apply to any order cancelled before the items have been shipped. Please email support@babygrins.ca or phone: 866-970-2229 to cancel an order.
 
Taxes
BabyGrins does charge sales tax on orders shipped within Canada. Taxes applied to your order will be based on the province or territory orders are being shipped to. All taxes will be added upon checkout. Taxes will not be added to orders shipped to the United States, however they are responsible for any customs duty or taxes levied.
 
Refusal of Delivery
If a package is refused for delivery, the customer will be responsible for actual shipping charges incurred by BabyGrins. We will issue a credit to the original credit card for the purchase price less the actual shipping cost, once the package is back in our warehouse.  This shipping and/or any shipping surcharges will apply even if you were not originally charged shipping.
 
Incorrect Shipping Address Provided
Packages that are returned or shipped with an incorrect address provided by the customer will be subject to any/all additional shipping charges. Orders that are later cancelled due to an incorrect address provided by the customer are also subject to actual shipping charges.
