Directions: Self-inflate the mat by simply twisting the easy to open valve. Twist one way and allow 3-5 minutes for the BabbaMat to self-inflate. Once fully inflated, twist the valve closed to keep the air in. When storing, twist open the valve, roll up the mat squeezing the air out and tighten the valve again. So simple & quick!
