We accept Mastercard, Visa, PayPal, Email Money Transfers, Money orders & Cheques through online ordering. Select your preferred payment option during checkout. No matter which payment method you choose, Orders are usually shipped out within 4 business days of receiving payment. In most cases a tracking number is provided to you through email. If there is a delay you will be notified.

Cheque OR Money Order: Please make cheques or Money Orders payable to 'Baby Grins' and mail to: 2022 Aspen Crescent, Leduc AB T9E 8R4. If we do not receive your cheque or money order within 10 days of your order being placed we will make the products you've ordered available to other customers. NOTE: We allow 5 business days for cheques to clear before shipping out your order.*

Cash: We accept cash from local customers who have arranged to pick up their order. You must call ahead to place your order if you are interested in local pick-up. (NOTE: Cheques are not accepted for local pick up, as we must allow 5 business days for cheques to clear before you can take your products home.)*

Yes, however, you must contact us to find out if your order qualifies for local pick up. Not all of the product lines we carry are stocked at our Leduc location.
Baby Grins is a family run business and we feel fortunate to be able to work from home. This allows us to have a flexible schedule and provide a great balance between work and family. However, this means that our working schedule vary's from day to day to accodomate family activities.
Drop-ins are NOT welcome, you must make an appointment if you wish to come by. Thank you for your understanding. Why are some items only available to purchase online? TOP
In order to provide our customers with a wide variety of product lines we sometimes seek out companies willing to drop ship their products. This means that the manufacturer agrees to ship out orders directly to YOU (the customer). This means that we don't stock those particular products at our Leduc location.
This is beneficial to you as a customer because it means that the size, color, style, etc. is almost always IN STOCK and ready to be shipped! It also allows us to expand our product lines a lot sooner because we don't require the overhead normally needed to stock a new product. Which of your products are drop shipped? TOP
This list changes quite frequently. The best way to find out if an item you are interested in is drop shipped is to visit the individual product page. Scroll to the bottom and there will be a note near the ordering options. If the product indicates that is is only available through online ordering, then it is a drop ship item. Drop ship items are NOT available for local pick up. Can I use more then one coupon code during checkout? TOP
No, only one coupon code can be used during checkout. Multiple coupon codes cannot be combined in a single transaction. Please choose the coupon code that you feel will most benefit you at the time and save the other one for a future order.
